Finding a CrossFit box is actually a lot like finding a pair of shoes: You need to try them on to see if they’re the right fit. Each CrossFit facility is an independently operated business. As such, each CrossFit box has a different feel and different community. We at CrossFit Quest have a very open and welcoming community. Our athletes range from grandparents to former collegiate stars.
