10 X 100m sprints
the clock starts on your first sprint and does not stop until the last sprint is completed. Rest as needed between runs so that each one is at maximum effort.
Then:
15 min AMRAP (as many rounds as possible)
5 Hand stand pushups
10 toes to bar
20 Overhead walking lunges (45#/35#)
